Option 1

The group must choose a lead booker on behalf of the group, as the booking can only be under one name. All communication will be through the lead booker and they are responsible for all payments being made in full and on time. Amendments and additions will only be able to be made by the lead booker, not other members of the group. Groups of more than 3 units booked under a lead booker will be eligible for a 10% discount. Note that large groups staying in the Moo-tel will be requested to pay a deposit of £100 on arrival, which will be refunded at check out.

Option 2

If members of the group wish to pay separately or receive separate communication then individual bookings must be made. As an initial enquiry we can confirm availability for the required number of pitches which can be put on hold for up to 24hours to allow all members of the group to confirm their booking individually.

With all group bookings we endeavour to allocate the bookings in the same area where availability allows, however please note that it may not always be possible. Note that the campsite is a 3 minute walk from the Moo-tel. Please give us a call or an email if you have a specific request or any queries about your group booking.
